Thank you all very much for all your condolences. My family and I have had a lot on our minds and a lot to deal with during all this. Now, unfortunately, comes the legal aspect of it all, which is going to be made complicated by the fact that the laws of our state and his state might be different.
Once again, thank you all very much for keeping me in your thoughts and I'll try to update again when I can.
